How do I place an Order?
We encourage you to use our online ordering system. You can choose whether to pay for your order at checkout or have an invoice emailed directly to you on function day.
Do you accept orders by email?
We are happy to accept orders by email to email@example.com and/or provide written quotes if you do not wish to use our online & quote system.
Can you provide Same Day / Last Minute orders?
Absolutely! We will do our best to provide your order however sometimes we may need to substitute menu choices if items chosen are unavailable, but of course we will let you know. If you are placing your last minute order online, please follow up with a phone call to us to ensure we have received.
What if my requirements or numbers are likely to change?
We understand that quite often numbers and requirements change, in particular dietary needs of guests, extra attendees or guests unable to make it. We encourage you to place your order and confirm numbers & specifics 2 days prior to your event.
What happens if my Event is cancelled?
Any orders cancelled on the day of the function may incur order costs at the same menu prices for items prepared. And we will happily deliver or donate these items to / for you. We request 48 hours notice for cancellation if possible.
Which methods of payment do you have?
Direct Debit - Preferred method of payment / details are provided on Tax Invoices emailed on event day.
Credit Card – We accept all Credit Cards including AMEX – Payment can be made online when placing your order or via the Pay Now link on emailed Tax Invoice.
Do you cater for Themed functions outside of your menus selections?
Our chef’s love themed functions as it gives a chance to provide something extraordinary and outside the square. Food stations, buffet themes and party platters are our favorite!
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes this is one of many of our specialities. Special meal requests will be individually plated and labelled accordingly. It is best to provide a name for the meal so they can be clearly marked.
Is there Delivery fees for orders? – I HAVE UPDATED THIS FOLLOWING RADIUS CALCULATIONS FOR DELIVERY CHARGES
All orders will receive a delivery service charge of $3.00 within a 3km radius of Kangaroo Point to cover increasing delivery costs including cleaning, sanitizing and face masks where required. Delivery will be calculated online during checkout.
Can I collect my order from you?
You sure can. We are located at Dockside Kangaroo Point.
Can you cater on weekends?
Yes, we sure do. Please note that Corporate Menu prices will incur a 15% surcharge to cover the additional wage costs involved for weekend work.
What Allergens are present in your kitchen?
We advise that our kitchen handles wheat/gluten, dairy, egg, seafood & nut based products. We do not handle Crustaceans. We do not serve Egg Based Products that are not cooked.
Whilst all efforts are taken in relation to special diet and allergy requests our kitchen is not a seafood/nut/seed/dairy/gluten free environment and therefore foods may contain traces of these items. All care is taken but no responsibility accepted.
Our location - We are located in a commercial kitchen within Dockside Apartments @ Kangaroo Point. We do not have a retail outlet for “off the street / random customers” attending on site/premise.
We have re-iterated to our staff, suppliers and delivery drivers that it is of upmost importance to:
- wash hands / sanitise hands on entry to ours (note hand wash facilities are entry points to food preparation areas) and customers premises, or wear gloves on arrival to customers and dispose of gloves following delivery;
- wear face mask whenever directed or in high-risk areas, eg hospitals;
- take details of supplier deliveries;
- carry antibacterial wipes in vehicles to wipe steering wheel, hands etc;
- advise if any symptoms become known, see a doctor and get tested, then self-isolate immediately;
- limit travel or contact with people from high risk countries and hot spot areas within Australia;
- minimise gatherings at large events;
- minimise unnecessary contact;
- refrain from touching your face.
